Alyssa Frers, LPC
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Vine & Lantern Christian Counseling. I'm also a mom navigating the toddler years myself!
I created this group because I believe moms need spaces where they can connect with other moms in the same stage, be honest about the challenges of motherhood, grow in practical skills, and encourage one another in faith.
A 6-week, small-group experience with approximately 6–8 moms.
Each gathering will include:

🧸 Toddler-friendly play
Toddlers are welcome! Moms remain responsible for supervising their children, and the space will include simple play areas so little ones can move, explore, and be toddlers while moms participate.
This is a psychoeducational support group, not therapy. No assessment, diagnosis, or treatment will be provided.

Motherhood is Better Together
The toddler years can be wonderful, exhausting, funny, overwhelming—and sometimes all at the same time.
This group is a place for Christian moms to connect with other moms, learn practical tools for navigating the toddler years, and encourage one another in faith.
We'll talk about topics like:
Mom guilt & perfectionism
Patience & emotional regulation
Anxiety & comparison
Identity beyond motherhood
Faith in the exhausting seasons
Relationships & the challenges of motherhood
